My wife and I were driving through from Ontario to Nova Scotia when we noticed water soaking the passenger-side floor of our RAV4.
We made an emergency stop at their service desk and the fellow behind the desk diagnosed the problem, assigned a technician and fixed it all within 20 minutes. All done as a courtesy.
Outstanding service!
